與肉瘤第Ⅷ因子抗體對血管內皮細胞是很有用的標記物，尤其是良性血管瘤或血管內皮瘤。
而在血管內皮肉瘤，腫瘤性內皮細胞分化低者可為弱陽性或陰性。
