（一名中魁）：腕中上側兩筋間陷中。
手陽明大腸脈所行為經火。
《銅人》針三分，留七呼，灸三壯。
主狂言喜笑見鬼，熱病煩心，目風赤爛有翳，厥逆頭痛，胸滿不得息，寒熱瘧疾，寒嗽嘔沫，喉痹，耳鳴，耳聾，驚掣肘臂不舉，痂疥。
