<P><STRONG>【制法】:(1)選用霜降前收穫的寬韭菜,去黃稍,摘揀後洗淨,控乾水分,切成約5-6釐米長的段。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(2)取一淨瓷盆,鋪一層韭菜,撒一層精鹽,將韭菜和鹽裝完。</STRONG></P>
