<P><STRONG>(2)將鹽水燒開,加入食鹽,乾紅辣椒絲,白酒紅塘等攪拌均勻,倒入盆內晾涼。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(3)將豇豆角放入壇內,注入晾涼的鹽水汁液和香料包,蓋上壇口,5天后即可。</STRONG></P>
