<P><STRONG>【制法】:將嫩黃瓜用清水洗淨,瀝盡水分,放在一盆內,撒上精鹽攪拌均勻,醃半小時後取出瀝乾鹽水待用。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>將鍋上火,加入2500克水燒開離火,冷透後與甜麵醬一起拌勻,反拌勻的醬汁倒入壇中,再將醃好的黃瓜投入壇中,醬要沒過黃瓜,蓋好壇蓋,封好口,一個月後即可取出食用。</STRONG></P>
