<P><STRONG>新華社報導，日本大阪的「生物科學研究所」，最近開發出一種新型的驅鼠劑，它可以散發貓與狐狸等氣味，進而有效驅趕老鼠。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報導說，貓與狐狸可以說是老鼠的天敵，利用天敵的氣味，會讓老鼠覺得「非常危險」，而且不會有失效的問題。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報導說，這個技術還可以開發出讓野豬與鹿感到恐懼的氣味，進而保護農田與鐵路。</STRONG></P>
