<P align=left><STRONG>每服五六丸，多至十丸。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>用淨芒硝四五分沖水送服。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>若服藥後，大便不利者（鉛灰硫化鉛皆能澀大便），芒硝又宜多用。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>古方有黑錫丹，用硫黃與鉛化合，以治上熱下涼，上盛下虛之証，洵為良方。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>而猶未盡善者，因其雜以草木諸熱藥，其性易升浮，即不能專於下達。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>向曾變通其方，專用硫化鉛，和熟麥曲為丸，以治癇風數日一發者，甚有效驗。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>乃服至月餘，因覺熱停服，旬餘病仍反複。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>遂又通變其方，多用鉛灰，少用硫化鉛，俾其久服不致生熱，加以累月之功，癇風自能除根。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>更佐以健脾，利痰、通絡、清火之湯劑，治法尤為完善。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>取鉛灰法用黑鉛數斤，熔化後，其面上必有浮灰。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>製硫化鉛法用黑鉛四兩，鐵鍋內熔化。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>鉛經硫黃燒煉，結成砂子，取出晾冷，碾軋成餅者（系未化透之鉛）去之，餘者，再用乳缽研極細。</STRONG></P>
