<P align=left><STRONG>其脈閉塞不全，先用痧藥吹鼻，得嚏氣通，忽言甚渴。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>及詢之，仍昏昏如故，惟牙關微開，可以進藥。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>因憶嚴用和麝香清油灌法，雖治中風不醒，若治痰厥不醒，亦當有效。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>況此証形狀，未必非內風掀動。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>遂用香油二兩燉熱，調麝香一分，灌之即醒。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>又︰硼砂四錢化水，治痰厥可代白礬，較白礬尤穩妥。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>若治寒痰杜塞，用胡椒三錢搗碎，煎湯灌之，可代生薑自然汁，與乾薑湯。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>當系產後五內空虛，驟而飽食填息，胸中大氣不能宣通，諸氣亦因之閉塞，故現此証。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>取藥不及，急用點天突穴及捏結喉法，又用針刺十宣及少商穴，須臾咳吐稠痰若干，氣順腹響，微汗而愈。</STRONG></P>
