<P align=left><STRONG>一人，年四十餘，素有喘証，薄受外感即發。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>醫者投以小青龍湯，一劑即愈，習以為常。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>一日喘証複發，連服小青龍湯三劑不愈。</STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=left><STRONG>其脈五至餘，右寸浮大，重按即無。</STRONG></P>

<P align=left><STRONG>知其從前服小青龍即愈者，因其証原受外感；今服之而不愈者，因此次發喘原無外感也，蓋其薄受外感即喘；肺與腎原有傷損，但知治其病標，不知治其病本，則其傷損必益甚，是以此次不受外感亦發喘也。</STRONG></P>
