<P> </P>病發於陽而反下之，外熱未除，心中結痛，雖輕於結胸，而甚於懊憹矣，結胸是水結胸脅，用陷胸湯，水鬱則折之也，此乃熱結心中，用梔豉湯，火鬱則發之也。
