<P align=center><STRONG><BR>二年黃茅下，一一攢麥芒。</STRONG><STRONG><BR><BR>三年出蓬艾，滿山散牛羊。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>不見十餘年，想作龍蛇長。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>夜風破浪碎，朝露珠璣香。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>我欲食其膏，已伐百本桑。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>（煮松脂法，用桑柴灰水）。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>人事多乖迕，神藥竟渺茫。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>朅來齊安野，夾路須髯蒼。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>會開龜蛇窟，不惜斤斧瘡。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>縱未得茯苓，且當拾流肪。</STRONG><STRONG><BR><BR>釜盎百出入，皎然散飛霜。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>槁死三彭仇，澡換五穀腸。</STRONG></P>
<P align=center><STRONG><BR>青骨凝綠髓，丹田發幽光。</STRONG></P>
